Standard Returns Policy -  (for online & telephone purchases)

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days (please include date of purchase and reason for return) and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s) or an exchange if you prefer and the item is available (you will not be charged postage and packaging for goods exchanged).

We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

We will not refund the cost of the original postage and packaging. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a secure method of post. If you return via recorded delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £28. If you return your garments via Royal Mail special delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £500. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
